He was predeceased by: his parents, William Snapp and Eula Whitacre Snapp; his sister Betty Snapp; and his brother-in-law Charles Mcilwee. He is survived by: his wife Gerry Lou Vaught; his sons, Robert K. Snapp (Sandra) of Frederick County, William "Scott" Snapp (Candy) of Frederick County and Rodney D. Snapp (Melissa) of Frederick County; his grandchildren, Codie Snapp (Kayla), Summer Burner (Adam), Brooklyn Loy (Cody), Tyler Snapp and Maddison Snapp; his great grandchildren, Weston, Finley and Charleigh; and his sister Sharron Mcilwee.
