He is survived by: his wife Elsie Goins; his sons, Woodrow Goins Jr. and Ron Goins; his sister Reta Finch; his brother-in-law Dan Finch; his nephews, Ken Bowles and Billy Jack Bowles (Lisa Bowles); his sister-in-law Sheri Goins; his nephew Brit Goins; his brother-in-law Gene Vanover; his nieces, Terry Morgan (Pat Morgan) and Toni Reno (Tim Reno); and his nephew Rusty Vanover (Jamie Vanover).
