Bell of Avon, NC; his mother Shirley G. Mayo of Suffolk, VA; his sister Denise M. Fulgham (Tom W. Fulgham); his niece Kelly A. Fulgham; and his nephew Steven W. Fulgham (Mallory W. Fulgham).
