He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin P. Jenkins, Sr. and Sarah B. Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Angela W. Jenkins; his children, Melissa (Brian Davis) and Adam (Meagan Jenkins); his grandchildren, Bryce, Aubrey, Braydon and Avery; his siblings, Margaret (Ronald Worrell) and William "Bill" (Linda Jenkins); his siblings-in-law, Linda and Raymond Maya; and his nephew Chris (Kristan Jenkins).

Memorial donations may be made to Colosse Baptist Church for Perpetual Care of the Cemetery.
