We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2025, at the age of 86, Marvin David Spivey of Windsor, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Fletcher Spivey and Mae Hall Spivey; and his siblings, Myrtle Fodrie, Delmar Spivey and Willard Spivey.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Holt Spivey; his daughters, Sandra (Robert Johnson) and Sharon (Clay Howell); his grandchildren, Jessica (Tony Slaba), Michael (Stephanie Snead) and Lauren Howell; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Caroline, Hayslee, Elizabeth and Alaina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
