He was predeceased by: his parents, Purnell Parsons and Daisy Branch Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lowe Parsons; his children, Noelle Parsons Laney (Mark) and Neil Parsons (Stacy); his grandchildren, Emily, Hannah and Eric; and his brother Leslie Parsons (Joan).
