He is survived by : his wife Sandra Montgomery Cundiff; his siblings, Georgia Brown and Douglas Cundiff (Evelyn); his nephews, Mike Preston (Melissa), David Preston (Kim) and Greg Cundiff (Margie); his father-in-law Malcolm Montgomery; his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Mabe, Wayne Montgomery, Rex Montgomery (Carolyn) and Dallas Montgomery; his extended family, Lynn, Sarah Dillon, Wendy Woolf, Polly Mitchell and Jeremy Bowman; and his caregivers, Dr. Chaconas, Betsy, Katie, Elaine and Juanita.
