Charles Hafey and Margaret Plitt Hafey; his wife Jan Hafey; his children, Michael Hafey (Sally) and Patricia Breton (Tyler); his grandchildren, Kailee, Hannah Hoffman and Thomas John Hafey; his siblings, Lynn Freitag (Chuck) and Dan Hafey (Robin); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Gallagher (Buddy), Shirley Spangler (Tom) and Tom Brett (Karen). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
