It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Dillon of Wirtz, Virginia, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Lewis Dillon and Geneva Horne Dillon; and his son Jimmy Lawson Dillon. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy English Dillon of Wirtz; his daughter Vicky Young (Eddie) of Ferrum; and his grandson Nathaniel Wayne Young.
