He is survived by: his mother Carrie Sink Kerns; his stepfather Justin Kerns; his father John Adam Peery; his siblings, Bianca Renee Sink (Josh), Jabriah Faith Peery (Noah) and Ezekial Kal; and his nephew Dominic Alston Williams.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to WinShape Camp, a faith-based and adventure focused summer camp for children, a place that forever changed Zeb's life.
