She was predeceased by : her husband Jerrold Dean; her parents, Carl Pannell and Juanita Pannell; and her brother George Pannell. She is survived by : her daughters, Carly Dean (Alex) of Norton, VA and Vanessa Blevins (Larry); her grandchildren, Seth Blevins of Johnson City, TN, Madison Blevins of Norton, VA, Trinity Blevins of Norton, VA, Zoey Blevins and Bella Blevins; her great grandchildren, Kira Tiana Davis and Luna May Davis of Norton, VA; and her sister Debby Roberts (Randall) of Wise, VA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
