She was predeceased by: her parents, James Melvin Tiller and Hester Flanary Tiller; and her husband Elbert M. Blackburn Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Blackburn Hopkins of Wise and James Blackburn (Bertha) of Wise; her grandchildren, Tiffany Smith (Jimmy), Melondie Owens (Brian), James Blackburn Jr. (Elizabeth Sanders) and Jarrod Seth Blackburn; her great grandchild Ashley Nicole Rich; and her brother Bill Tiller of El Paso, TX. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
