She is survived by: her son Wayne Moore (Elizabeth); her grandson Jeremy Moore (Rachel) of Norton, VA; her great grandchildren, Nickolas Moore, Sophia Moore and Stella June Moore; her sisters, Lola Horton, Betty Clark and Charlene Powers; and her caregivers, Donna Ray, Beth Ellis, Tina Clay and Carolyn Shell. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
