He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Osborne and Bessie Osborne; his brother-in-law Jack Starnes; and his nephew Phillip Hall. He is survived by : his siblings, Vernetta Bowlin (Dympse) of Laurel Springs, NC, Phyllis Hall (Homer) of Wise, VA, Linda Couch (Ray) of Wise, VA and Marion Osborne (Butch) of Greensboro, NC; his nieces and nephews, Ed, Staci Bowlin, Jane, Bob Halsey, Ginger Hall, Christopher, Autumn Starnes, Abbey, Patrick Hamblin, David and Joy Hall; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caleb Hall, Autumn Craig, Mia Hamblin, Emma Bowlin and Chase Hamblin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
