She was predeceased by : her husband Bill Rice; her parents, Eunice Applebury and Wesley Applebury (Max) of Bogard, MO; and her sisters, Jane Rigsby of Durham, NC and Phyllis L Hagmann of Rialto, CA..
She is survived by : her children, Patricia Rice of Wise, Wesley Rice (Diane) of Warrenton, VA and Kelly Rice (Anne) of Sweetwater, TN; and her sister Erma Adkins of Wise. She is also survived by four foster daughters; four grandchildren; ten foster grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; numerous foster great-grandchildren.
