He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Smith and Barbara Messer Smith; and his siblings, Debra Lynn Smith and Paul D. Smith Jr.. He is survived by : his daughters, Tori Lane (Bobby) and Brandi Smith (Regina Gentry); the mother of his children Sherry Davis; his grandchildren, Brentley Maggard, Liam Smith, Bexley Maggard, Hayven Smith and Lanceston Lane; and his nieces and nephews, Misty Hillman, Amber Zax, Chad Bishop, Greg Bishop (Angie), Joey Herron and Trey Smith. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.
