He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Kedric Collins and Martha Pearl Collins; his wife Phyllis Ann Belcher Collins; and his siblings, James Edward Collins, Larry Wayne Collins and Marlene Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, William Collins (Cheryl), Sherry Collins McClellan, Nancy Collins Russell, Robin Collins Fultz (Timothy) and Angela Collins Smith (Jeff); and his siblings, Roy Collins (Dorothy) of Raymond, Jerry Collins (Erma) of Wise, VA, Lillian Mullins (Ray) of Wise, VA and Judy Maggard (Danny) of Pound, VA. He is also survived by many grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
