He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Dale; and his son John Dale. He is survived by: his daughter Katina Alcantara; his grandchildren, Patrick Alcantara (Kimberly), Rebeckah Alcantara and Molly Dale; his great grandchild Elias Alcantara; and his siblings, Trula Bangert and Roger Dale. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
