He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, E. J., Everet, Herbert, Leon Rutherford, George Harry Mullins, Bertha Gaye Rutherford Turner and Artemas Rutherford; his mother Juanita Carol "Sissy" Mullins Rutherford; his brother Bryan Scott Rutherford (Joyce Lee Meade); his cousin David Allen Sherfey; and his pet Zena.
