She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Neel and Mildred Anderson Neel. She is survived by : her husband Glenn E. McNeece; her stepchildren, Debrah Nester, Teresa Luck, Jon McNeece and Greg McNeece; and her brother David Andrew Neel. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
