He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Collins and James Collins. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Collins; his brother Steve Collins (Loretta); and his children, Eric Collins (Jessica), Daniel Collins (Natasha), David Sargent, Matt Powers and Christy Wallace (Daniel). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and a whole host of other relatives and friends.
