She is survived by : her children, Faye Collier (Ernie) of McRoberts, KY, Dennis Collins (Brenda) of Wise, VA, Larry Collins (Melissa) of Nealy Ridge, VA and Joleada Lewis (Jody) of Wesley Chapel, FL; her grandchildren, Susan Freeman (Justin) of Kingsport, TN, Jordan Collier of Richmond, KY, Brittany Barlow (Andrew) of Kingsport, TN, Ashley Bowen of Nealy Ridge, VA, Kaitlyn Lewis (Chase) of McRoberts, KY, Kevin Collier of Richmond, KY, Ashlee Lewis (Michael Stubblefield), Jeffrey Bowen of Nealy Ridge, VA and Madyson Lewis of Oxford, MS; and her great grandchildren, Mason Craft, Ryder Freeman, Hadley Freeman, Adrianne Hunt, Hudson Barlow, Selena Lewis, Barrett Lewis and Ava Barlow. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
