He is survived by: his wife Susie Mullins; his children, Jake Mullins (Bridgette), Jessica Mullins (Rodney), Jennifer Mullins and Julie Bates (Jarrod); his stepmother Ruchelle Mullins; and his siblings, Larry Mullins (Juanita), Leon Mullins (Sharon), Bernard Mullins (Kay), Carroll Mullins (Tammy), Terry Mullins (Misty), Brian Mullins (Latisha), Inez Mullins, Frances Large (Jack) and Susie Roberts (Dennis). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
