She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Lee Moulse, Sr.; and her parents, Noah B. Smith and Theo G. Potter Smith. She is survived by: her children, Lee Moulse (Kim) of Bristol, TN and Karly Gregg (James); her grandsons, Jared Moulse, Issac Duncan and Grant Moulse; and her sisters, Diane Rhodes, Betty Mullins and Deborah Powers. She is also survived by cousins, that were much like brothers and sisters.
