She was predeceased by: her grandfather Rufus Clark of Wise, VA; and her uncles, Glenn Clark of Wise, VA, Billy Clark of Cincinnati, OH and Todd Clark of Wise, VA.. She is survived by: her parents, Mike Clark of Wise, VA and Kelli Collins of Kingsport, TN.; her brothers, Joshua Collins of Kingsport, TN and Michael Connor Clark of Wise, VA; and her grandparents, Don, Ruby Salyers of Kingsport, TN and Ellen Clark of Wise, VA. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved family and friends.
