She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Lee and Matilda Cantrell; her husband Harold Gibson; and her brothers, Curtis Cantrell, Otis "Botch" Cantrell, Bernard Cantrell and Lloyd "Bose" Cantrell.
She is survived by: her daughter Zeni Gibson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Home (1621 Norton Rd SW, Wise, VA 24293). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel (1621 Norton Rd SW, Wise, VA 24293). A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at the Levi Cantrell Cemetery.
