We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2023, James S Riggs of Wise, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Jim Riggs; and his sister Janice Riggs. He is survived by : his sons, Jamey Riggs and Jason Riggs (Karen); his grandchildren, Abbey Riggs, Frances Gray Riggs and Cole Riggs; his mother Frances Harris Riggs; his sister Lynda Poston (Pedie); his uncle Larry Harris (Carolyn); his son Jody Riggs; his grandchildren, Frances Gray and Zane Riggs; and his nieces, Jan Tester, Dana Fleming, Cindy Stanley and Rebecca Williams.

Donations to St. Jude's in Jimmie's honor would be his wish, a charity he always supported.
