She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Preston Amburn, Sr. and Mildred Mitchell Amburn; and her brother Frank Preston Amburn, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Wharton; her children, Bryan Wharton (Misty Miller Wharton) and Kristel Wharton Owenby (Doug Owenby) of Maryville, TN; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Furches, Zachry Furches, Brayden, Camden, Talen Wharton, Bryce, Tyler Owenby and Kelsey Breanne Robbins; her great grandchildren, Collin and Kannon; Monica Amburn Kimbrell (Brandon) of Spartanburg, SC and Evan Amburn of Atlanta, GA.
