She was predeceased by: her husband Hurley; and her granddaughter Savannah Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Mullins (Billy), Lisa Foster (Jeff) and Kim Belcher (Patrick); her grandchildren, Jamie Mullins (Jenna), April Watson (Jimmy), Jessica Culbertson (Charlie), Stephanie Pilkenton (Justin), Brianne Barker (Ryan), Ashley Sullivan (Cliff) and Taylor Baker; and her siblings, Helen Hobbs and Freddie Elkins. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and two more great-great-grandchildren.
