He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bolling Williams; his children, Leland Randal (Laura) of Nashville, TN, Julie Williams Dixon (Cabot) of Raleigh, Benjamin Carlton of Nashville, TN and Damon Lindley (Melanie) of Beaufort, SC.; his grandchildren, Sylvan Williams, Aaron Williams, Rob Gordon, Walker Dixon, Sydney Boggs and Julia Williams; his great grandchildren, Selah Lee Williams and Theo Boggs; and his sister Margret Mairoello. He is also survived by many other nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers if you want to make a gift in Leland's name, the family requests contributions to Shriners Children Hospital.
