She is survived by: her children, David Lee Osborne of Pound Virginia, Margaret Diane Mann (Sammy) of Coeburn Virginia, Lisa Ann Osborne of Leonardtown Maryland, Pamela Marlene Anderson Spalding (Leroy) of Mechanicsville and Billy Randall Ramey of Leonardtown Maryland; her siblings, Roy Lee Collins Sr., Coy William Collins, Jerry Allen Collins, Lillian Irene Mullins and Judy Gayle Maggard; and her former husband Billy Randall Ramey Sr. (Leisa Horne). She is also survived by her children she is survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
