He was predeceased by : his son Blake Shouse; his stepson Steven Caudill Jr.; his parents, Robert Lee Shouse Sr. and Brenda Joyce McCoy Skeens; and his sister Diane Fourney.
He is survived by : his children, Laken, Jade, Leah, Elizabeth, Georgia and Stephanie; and his siblings, Stacy Skeens (Tonya), Becky Stanley, Lisa Ramey (James) and Crissy Dorton (Ryan). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
