He was predeceased by : his parents, Ransom Mullins and Merle Mullins; and his siblings, Richard Mullins and Barbara Mullins Arrington. He is survived by : his wife Tammy Mullins; his pet Ivy; his children, Pam Lawhorne (Chuck) of Tallapoosa, GA, Ronald Mullins Jr. (Michelle) of Homer, GA, Ryan Mullins (Michelle) of Hooks Town, PA, Billy Sparks (Kimie) of Wise, VA and Idana Sparks of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Emily Hitchings (Cory) of Commerce, GA, Alex Mullins (Brittany) of Commerce, GA, Hunter Cox (Blake) of Buchanan, GA, Wyatt Mullins, Zach Mullins, Matthew Mullins and Yuka Sparks; and his great grandchildren, Reed Hitchings, Avery Cox and Josie Mullins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
