She was predeceased by : her son Charles Alvin Belcher, Jr. (Chuck); her grandsons, Douglas Todd Jacobs and Shaunn Stapleton; her great grandchild Zachary Dale Stapleton; her parents, David Ray and Olive Thursa Hubbard McCarthy; and her brothers, Garland McArthy and Benny McArthy.
She is survived by : her children, David Belcher (Debbie) of Norton, VA, Danny Belcher, Trish Ingle of Norton, VA, Susan Hawk (Chris) of Fredricksburg, VA, Ann Stapleton (Ernie) of Norton, VA, Sharon Belcher (YoYo) of Wise, VA and Debbie Jacobs (Bronco) of Arizona. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
