Though Steve may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl C. Vance and Virginia Elizabeth Joyce Vance; and his sisters, Elizabeth Vance and Margarett Powers. He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry Vance (Fran) of Cedar Bluff, VA and James Vance (Donna) of Baptist Valley, VA.; and his nephew Robbie Ball (Nicole).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Singleton Funeral and Cremation Service (1116 Cedar Valley Dr, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
