She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Hansford Mullins, Decima Roberts Mullins and Edith Blevins (stepmother); husband: Frank Baker; children: Greg Baker (Lesa) and Judy Collins (Winfred); grandchildren: Alyssa Phillips (Ryan), Kara Spurlock (Joshua), Maddie Collins, Decima Holbrook (Blake) and Nathaniel Baker (Morgan); siblings: Jerry Mullins, Dennis Mullins, Mary Hamm, Teresa Wendle (Bill), Jennifer Hibbitts (Paul), Annette "Sissy" Underwood, Randy Mullins (Brenda), Mike Mullins (Jeannie) and Paul Phipps (Mae); niece: Candace Rakes; other: Mr. Kelly, Dr. Freda Helbert, Pastor Roger Barker; as well as many nieces, nephews, 11 great-grandchildren, extended family, friends and caregivers.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lighthouse Family Worship Center (145 Lake St NW, Wise, VA 24293). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wise Cemetery (201 Church St NW, Wise, VA 24293).
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be made to Isaiah 117 House 243 Varner St, Wise, VA 24293 and Lighthouse Family Worship Center 145 Lake St NW, Wise, VA 24293.
