She was predeceased by : her brother Traudchen Wallie Scherer Monroe; her parents, Traudchen Wallie Scherer Monroe and Michael Charles Monroe; and her brother Dan Monroe. She is survived by : her daughter Michelle Payne of Woodbridge; her siblings, Lori Monroe Toye (John) of Charlotteville Virginia and Gary Monroe (Nancy) of Vienna Virginia; her nieces, Meghan Cox, Blair Meikrantz, Lindsey Loving (Rich) and Mickey Cox; and her nephew Ryan Cox. She is also survived by her three grandchildren.
