He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Paul E., Rena Miller, Robert Brooke and Almeda C. Knieriem. He is survived by : his parents, Paul W. "Bill" Miller and Mary Beth Miller; his wife Cheryl Miller (Goodwin); his parents-in-law, Luann and Ralph Richner of Pocatello, ID; his son Casey Miller; his stepdaughters, Ashley and Amanda Stathas of Seattle, WA.; his brother Adam M. Miller (Melania); his niece Myia Miller of LaVale, MD; and his pets, Hans and Merlin.
