He is survived by: his parents, Scott W. Bell of Silverdale, WA and Barbara Vaughan of Montclair, VA.; his stepparents, Sherry Bell and Darryl Vaughan; his siblings, Dana Leigh Bell, SGT Wendy Bell, Julia Bell, Kristopher Bell, Edwin Bell and Victor Rico; and his stepsisters, Sarah Tomcala, Kimberly Morris and Anna Duncan. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
