With sadness, we share the passing of Frances L. Collins of Woodbridge, Virginia. Frances, born on June 21, 1934, passed away on August 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore DiMatteo and Lucia DiMatteo; and her siblings, Phyllis D'Alesandro, Libby DeLeo, Nick DiMatteo, Phil DiMatteo and Salvatore DiMatteo.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Collins and Jerry Collins; her grandchildren, Christina Collins, Stephen Collins and Vickie Hayne (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Allen and Tristian. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (3200 Golansky Blvd, Woodbridge, VA 22192).
