He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jayden James "JJ" Goore, Quantayvious McMillian, Amontrell McMillian, Khalil McMillian and Zy'Rell Brown; his wife H. Danielle Phillips; his children, Henry Cornelious Phillips, Jr., Ayeisha Phillips and Samantha Phillips; his siblings, Samuel Phillips Jr., Lewis Phillips, Milton Phillips (Mary) and Frances Palmar; and his sister-in-law Emma Phillips. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
