He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Joseph C. Deely and Elizabeth Ann Tivnan-Deely; and his sister Ann Marie Deely-Carver. He is survived by: his daughter Erin Harter (Ken Chappelear); his stepdaughter Elizabeth Parker (Jamal); and his siblings, Martha Cieszynski (Romuald), Rosemary Stadie (Anthony), Elizabeth Armstrong (Jack), Joan Deely (Fred Orsini), Michael Deely (Kym) and Christopher Deely. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (3200 Golansky Blvd, Woodbridge, VA 22192).
