She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Moros and Andrew Banicar; and her siblings, Irene Francis Banicar and William "Herky" Banicar. She is survived by: her husband George Perkins Sr.; her children, Cynthia Halsey (Trigg), George Jr. (Carla) and Robert (Lori); her grandchildren, Kylie Risendal (Matt), Emily Perkins, Rebecca Milana (Peter), Scott Halsey (Ashley), Nicholas Perkins (Acadia) and Alyssa Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Annelise, Liliana Risendal, Brooklynn, Brielle Milana, Kinsley and Darci Mae Halsey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
