He is survived by: his mother Patricia Berkley; his siblings, Janice Baker (Brad), Donna Fairbanks, Tom Berkley (Debbie) and Pamela Kipps (Bob); and his cousin Tim Bureau (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, special cousins in Maine, and his close friends.
