He was predeceased by: his father Paul Eugene Arcand; and his siblings, Michele Arcand and John Joseph Arcand. He is survived by: his mother Donna Pelosi Lumsden of Portola, CA; his wife Mary Lee Arcand of King George; his daughters, Nichole Browning (David) of Madison, WI and Amanda Fulmore of King George; and his grandchildren, Jayden Fulmore of King George and Alyana Fulmore of King George. He is also survived by one nephew and four nieces.
