She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel R. Bailey; her parents, William H. Speakes and Josephine Payne Speakes; and her brothers, William T. Speakes and Charles E. Speakes.
She is survived by: her sister Senie Engebretson (Jack) of Livonia, Michigan; her sibling's children, John Engebretson (Sue) of Novi, Michigan, Kalyn Wuenstel (Carl) of Manassas, Virginia and Matthew Speakes (Elizabeth) of Manassas, VA; and her stepdaughter Teresa Bailey Lewis. She is also survived by seven great-nephews and great-nieces, two step-granddaughters, five step-great-grandchildren.
