Palmer, Kelly Cannady (Jeff), Amy Miller (Andy), Lesley Palmer (Gerardo) and Bryan Palmer; and his siblings, James Palmer, William Palmer, Timothy Palmer and Mary Pat Oliver. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
