He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Girello and Virginia Girello; and his sister Rosemarie Callahan. He is survived by: his children, James Girello and Victoria Girello-Zapata (John); his grandchildren, Luca and Mateo; his daughter Sara Girello; his sister Carmela Palantone; and his wife Sondra.
