It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Davis Benton (Woodbridge, Virginia), who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Davis Benton and Albert Ransom Benton, Sr.; and his siblings, Louis, Raymond, Curtis, Albert Jr., Delores, Garnetta and Elaine.
He is survived by : his sister Patricia Steele (Joseph); his wife Hildegard Dirscherl Benton; his children, Raymond (Shannon), Stanley (Antje), Jerome (Chris) and Diana (Tom); his grandchildren, James (Amber), Robert (Samantha), Ashley Benton-Jacobs (Jonathan), Erin, Rachel and Lilianna; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Jayden, Taylor, Elijah and Koda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
