It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Everett Thompson of Woodbridge, Virginia, who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Isaac "Ike" Thompson and Winnie Haga Thompson. He is survived by : his wife Loraine; his sons, Jerry Thompson (Carol), Ronnie Thompson (Karen), Donald Thompson (Kelly) and Kenny Thompson (Judy); and his brother Charles (Bud).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Prince of Peace United Methodist Church, 6299 Token Forest Dr., Manassas, VA.
